An Evening with Johnnie Walker

This week, Bobbysix.com was lucky enough to be invited to Sydney's Carriageworks to rub shoulders with some inspirational figures, for An Evening With Johnnie Walker.

As well as happily tucking into canapés and Johnnie Walker Black Label-inspired cocktails (like the delicious Whisky Sour), 300 of Sydney’s elite were regaled with stories and experiences from cricket legend and former Australian Captain, Steve Waugh, former Olympian and gold medal winner, Grant Hackett and renowned explorer and former Australian of the year, Tim Cope.

The event was hosted by journo and author Peter FitzSimons, with model and TV personality Erika Heynatz facilitating an interactive digital forum where members of the audience were able to tweet questions live. Very 21st Century, hey?

Check out content from An Evening with Johnnie Walker and keep up to date with all the good stuff that Johnnie Walker has on offer by liking the Facebook page. In the meantime, here are some snaps from Carriageworks:

Carriage Works is one of the coolest spots in Sydney in my opinion. There should be more gigs and stuff there. Apart from the MTV Awards. I saw them there once and it was shit.
